Plate to Date: Mistral’s Brunch Burger and Jack Rose Cocktail
Princeton’s Mistral just got even better.

First a new bar and now Sunday Brunch – Mistral in downtown Princeton is on a spree of delicious. Esteemed Chef Scott Anderson & Ben Nerenhausen have debuted an outstanding Sunday Brunch menu complete with cocktails from one of NJ’s finest mixologists, Jamie Dodge. In addition to a la carte dining, the new two-course prix fixe ($33 per person) menu offers a wide variety of sweet and savory options. Menu highlights include the French Scramble made with broccoli and epoisse on sourdough bread and the Dutch Boy Pancake complete with quince and maple. However, there’s one menu item that’s sure to blow you away – this week’s “Plate to Date,” the Mistral Brunch Burger. A crowd favorite, the Brunch Burger is topped with a fried egg, aioli, and bacon jam – yes bacon jam – all on a brioche bun. This inventive burger pairs perfectly with Mistral’s Jack Rose Cocktail made with Laird’s applejack, lime, and house grenadine.
