Princeton restaurants elements and Mistral are preparing mouth-watering entrées for Valentine’s weekend. Below, Princeton Magazine gives you a sneak peak of the menu offerings that might just steal your heart.

5-Course Menu for Valentine’s Weekend:

Friday, February 12th – regular hours of operation

  • Valentine’s Weekend five-course menu offered at $125 per person
  • Wine Pairing offered at $65 per person; $125 per person for reserve pairing
  • Dining Room reservations reserved for parties of two (2); larger parties (max: 20 per reservation) to be seated in private dining rooms
  • Turn time for reservation estimated at 2.25 – 2.5 hours

Saturday, February 13th – regular hours of operation

  • Valentine’s Weekend five-course menu offered at $125 per person
  • Wine Pairing offered at $65 per person; $125 per person for reserve pairing
  • Dining Room reservations reserved for parties of two (2); larger parties (max: 20 per reservation) to be seated in private dining rooms
  • Turn time for reservation estimated at 2.25 – 2.5 hours

Sunday, February 14th – brunch service (11AM – 12:30PM); dinner seatings for 3PM, 5PM, 7:30PM, 9:30PM

  • Valentine’s Day three-course brunch offered at $69 per person; no wine pairings offered
  • Dining Room reservations for BRUNCH reserved for parties no greater than four (4); all groups larger than four to be seated in the private dining rooms
  • Dining Room reservations for DINNER reserved for parties of two (2); larger parties (max: 20 per reservation) to be seated in private dining rooms
  • Valentine’s Weekend five-course menu offered at $125 per person

Saturday, February 13th – regular lunch service (11AM – 2PM); dinner service from 4PM-11PM

  • Bar menu to be offered though the day leading into dinner service at 4 PM
  • Dining Room will ONLY offer Valentine’s Weekend four-course prix fixe menu at $85 per person; wine pairing $48 per person
  • Mistral Bar will offer prix fixe and bar bites menu; option to order a la carte from Valentine’s Weekend prix fixe menu
  • Seatings offered every 75 minutes

Sunday, February 14th – brunch service (10:30AM– 2PM); dinner seatings from 3PM-10PM

  • Mistral Bar to remain open throughout the day serving bar bites
  • Seatings offered every 75 minutes
  • Last reservation for brunch to be for 1:30PM
