Annual Halloween Night Hike at The Watershed Institute
Join The Watershed Institute in Pennington for a journey through the woods on a crisp autumn night. This Halloween tradition will take place on October 28 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Groups will be led by a trail guide in 15-minute increments. Along the way, learn about the characters in an Irish folktale as the story itself seems to unfold along the path.
This program is suited to ages 5 and up. Unlike many Halloween hikes, this one is not designed to frighten patrons. Rather, the Watershed aims to educate, enchant, and entertain participants with some ethereal stories. The cost is $20 for each individual (adults and children). It is recommended that patrons register in advance at thewatershed.org, since the time slots do fill up.
The Watershed Institute is located at 31 Titus Mill Road in Pennington.
