Sign up for a free Fly Fishing 101 class with a fishing expert at Orvis Retail Store in Princeton. The class gives lessons on fly-casting and outfit rigging. It is appropriate for beginners of all ages. Register beforehand, as spots are limited. Orvis also offers a Fly Fishing 102 course once you’ve mastered the basics.

Run a 5K or walk two miles to help bring awareness to prostate cancer. Register online prior to the race by clicking the link above, or sign up the day of the race starting at 7:15am. A kid’s run will begin at 10am.

Take Dad for brunch at the 5-star restaurant, the Peacock Inn, before embarking on a tour of the town hosted by the Princeton Tour Company. The 3-mile walking tour will show you the current and former homes of some of the wealthiest and most prestigious University alumni and town residents. Tickets are $25/adult and $20/children 12yrs and younger. Brunch is not included in price.
