MarketFair on Route will welcome the Lunar New Year with a family-friendly cultural celebration on Saturday, February 21, from 1 to 4 p.m. The event is in partnership with the WULA Academy of Princeton, a K-12 educational institution committed to language and cultural enrichment.
Guests are invited to experience a lineup of cultural performances celebrating Lunar New Year traditions, including Chinese opera, dance, live bands, and vocal performances. Participating groups include the Allegra School of Music and Arts, Chinese Culture Arts Association, Edelweiss Music Studio, Moment Band, Melody Riders, The New Jersey Peking Opera Society, The New Jersey Philharmonic Chorus, Qing Yang Dance Studio, YiRan Dance Group, and A Dream of Red Mansions by ZiZhu Ensemble.
In addition to live entertainment, attendees can enjoy complimentary hot appetizers courtesy of P.F. Chang’s of MarketFair, along with a variety of Chinese cuisine, refreshments, and bubble tea available for purchase. Families are also invited to participate in games, crafts, and hands-on activities, making the celebration engaging for guests of all ages.
