Labyrinth Books, 122 Nassau Street, will participate in the New Jersey Bookstore Crawl from June 5-7.

The New Jersey Bookstore Crawl, an annual statewide event organized by Jersey Collective, encourages readers to visit and support New Jersey’s independent bookstores.

The Bookstore Crawl is open to all readers and book lovers. To take part, visit Labyrinth or any of the 70 participating bookstores to receive a “crawl guide” listing participating stores. At each bookstore visited, ask a bookseller to mark their store on your guide. After the weekend, submit a photo of your Bookstore Crawl guide to the form at njbookstorecrawl.com to be eligible to win a prize from Jersey Collective. The Bookstore Crawl has no fixed itinerary, and readers may participate and be eligible to win a prize by visiting one bookstore or by visiting many.

In addition to participating as an official Bookstore Crawl location, Labyrinth will hold an in-store raffle for one prize bundle of Labyrinth merchandise. Enter Labyrinth’s raffle in-store June 5 – 7. The winner will be notified on June 8.

The Bookstore Crawl was organized by Kerri Sullivan, a librarian, and the editor of the book New Jersey Fan Club, as part of Jersey Collective, a collection of projects promoting the arts throughout New Jersey. Co-organizers who provided support and sponsorship include Hello Art Design and Rutgers University Press.
