Gratitude Yoga is at Herrontown Woods and the historic Updike Farmstead to bring outdoor yoga Saturdays during June from 11 a.m. to noon starting June 7 at Herrontown Woods, and Wednesday evenings 6 to 7 p.m. starting June 4 at Updike Farmhouse.
The Saturday morning donation-based outdoor yoga classes are in the serene setting of Herrontown Woods – the heart opening Vinyasa flow sessions bring breath and movement together in harmony with the healing power of nature.
Class donations will support Friends of Herrontown Woods’ ongoing efforts to create a place of restoration and growth for the Princeton community.
Some yoga mats will be available to borrow, but attendees are asked to bring their own if they have one, a water bottle, and sunscreen.
Outdoor Yoga on Wednesday evenings at the Historical Society of Princeton’s Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road are at 6 p.m. until June 25, and are also donation-based. Vinyasa Flow classes are open to all skill levels.
In the event of rain, yoga will be held indoors into the property’s 18th century farmhouse overlooking the fields.
