Blue Hill at Stone Barns
Once a year during the fall, I enjoy dining at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills. Their assortment of locally sourced ingredients combined with the breathtaking scenery of the farm is always a memorable experience.
Fall is my most favorite time of the year. We have an annual tradition of taking a drive through the Hudson Valley, visiting villages along the way, indulging on apple cider donuts and drinking hot cider. Pure bliss.
Fresh linens and bed sheets
Traveling as often as I do, nothing makes me happier than coming home to fresh linens and bed sheets.
As an entrepreneur, I am always looking for ways to improve my management and organizational skills as well as leverage best business practices. I begin each day with a morning read of Inc. and there are always great takeaways from entrepreneur profiles and advice on how to lead, grow and innovate.
Travel is my passion. I am always inspired by my travels, local art and culture. I instantly fell in love with Marrakech, the vibrant culture and the colorful and ornate design details of the riads in the medina, the souks and gardens.
Hudson + Bleecker Shoe Bag & Packing Cube
I never leave home without my Hudson+Bleecker shoe bag and packing cube. Serious travel and life game-changer. They are essential accessories for any trip that help maintain an organized suitcase. I pack three shoes in my shoe bag and my packing cube does double duty, functioning as a laundry bag on return trips home.
Coffee Table Books
Over the years, my husband and I have amassed a lovely collection of travel coffee table books. The books are a lovely keepsake from our travels and I reference them frequently for inspiration when designing.
YSL Touche Eclat
This is one magical little gold pen that is a mainstay in my beauty bag. Running a business from different times zones often calls for long days and nights. Enter Touche Eclat luminizing pen to awaken and brighten my eyes and face after a long night or a 16-hour flight to Asia.
Extra Virgin Restaurant
Hands down, brunch is my favorite meal. It must be the New Yorker in me, but weekends are simply incomplete without enjoying a lovely weekend brunch. Extra Virgin has been a mainstay for the past 10 years in my bookmark of best brunch spots. I enjoy grabbing a table by the window, especially during the winter, watching the snow fall and spending hours catching up with friends. My favorite brunch entrees at Extra Virgin are the Pistachio Crusted Goat Cheese Salad and Huevos Rancheros with a side of Fries with Gorgonzola Fondue. We always cap off our meal sharing Banana French Toast for the table.
There is no better way to discover a new city than with a bicycle ride. We have bicycled through Paris, Rome, Barcelona, and London. My husband and I are bicycle enthusiasts and most weekends (pending good weather), you will find us biking around New York City. We also participate in the annual Five Borough Bike Tour riding 40 miles through the five boroughs of NYC. When I am on my bike, it’s my time to find clarity, reflect and relax.
